Not been a terrible month, finding my feet somewhat now.
These will be the last bets of the month, will have a full profit and loss in Thursdays email which will go out a little later than normal as I am not around until Thursday evening.

Drops In Class
Would not put anyone off a small win double on the two bets below.
4.33 + 4.33 will pay 18.75 - is 15.0 at willhill / ladbrokes / coral so i will record a half point win double at those odds as well as two singles.
4.00 Muss - Son @ 4.0 + (365 is 4.33) - Win Bet
Ex-Hannon horse, after some early promise as a 2 and 3yo was rated as high as 106. Showed little at 4yo after being gelded and was moved on to Easterby for 24k towards the end of last year.
Easterby picked up the horse and give it a first run in a cl 4 at thirsk, beaten just a short head that day in a 0-85. Followed up with another second at Haydock again in a 0-85, beaten only 1.3 lengths.
Last 3 runs have all been up in grade, Class 3 - 0-95, class 2 - 0-95 and class 3 - 0-95 last time out not beaten too far ridden by a 7lb claimer. Staying on at York.
Dropped massively in grade tomorrow. Last race AVG OR 87. Tomorrow AVG OR is just 72. Ours is highest rated horse, but the second highest rated horse in here is rated just 74.
David Allen gets the ride. We must beat these in this race. Price is lower than I would normally like, but I have been waiting for a book that I have to price up before taking a bet and in the meantime the price has been taken elsewhere. Still value if you can get 4.0 or above, but that too seems to be going quickly right now.
4.30 Muss - Sophiesticate @ 4.33 + (365 is 4.33) - Win Bet
The selection was beaten by Gemini Man last time out by a nk and a nk into 3rd, gets a 4lb pull at the weights + an extra 7lb claimer to give a total of 11lbs back to our selection in this one today over the exact same track and trip as last time out.
Gemini Man is now +8lbs since the start of this year, we are 8lbs lower than when last winning here over track and trip last August.
That last run showed a return to form and it could be time for ours to strike. Another that is shorter than I normally like to take, but still somewhat value given the circumstances I feel.
