Welcome to MarkYourCard for racing on 29th May
Fantastic winner for us yesterday with Spioradalta. Looked like he was going to fold, but a determined ride got him home for us. Now I have established the setup and sending schedule properly, i will look into starting a profit and loss tracker from the beginning of the new month.
I’m also going to setup a telegram chat channel for those that want to discuss the selections.
The newsletter will remain free, though i’d appreciate any likes on twitter or shares with friends of the twitter or the newsletter or website.

Thanks, good luck if you play along.
Some horrible looking racing coming for Saturday, so lets see if we can make Friday Pay.
Repeat Performance
5.10 - Chepstow - Romanovich @ 5/1 3 places
Winner of this race last year. “raced against near side rail, made all, clear when ridden over 1f out, ran on strongly, unchallenged” Won from a mark of 58 in a 0-60. Avg OR that day was 54.
Three runs later was back over track and trip in a 0-65 from a mark of 60 and won again. Not able to repeat from marks above 60 the next twice, so switched to all weather over the winter and saw his mark fall from 63 down to 54, when winning at Wolvs in March.
Three runs since then has brought mark back down to 56 for tomorrow. AVG OR tomorrow is 58 so race looks to be a little harder than last year, but should be well within reach if wanting to race.
Over track and trip in handicap races the horse has run 8 times, and won 4 of them.
In this grade the horse has had 18 runs and won 5 - placing 9 times. Gets help from 5lb claimer. trainer has used the jockey just one time previous and that was on a winner.
Drops In Class
and now, just to throw a spanner in the works, the longshot I hinted at goes in the same race as the one above :
5.10 - Chepstow - Northcliff @ 12/1 3 places.
Formlines leave a lot to be desired, however this is not a lost hope. When running in class 6 races the horse has 5 runs and wo wins, 5 places. So the grade is correct.
When running in April or May the horse has 17 runs, 5 wins and 9 places.
Ran up a treble last year in the space of two weeks. Taking OR from 68 to 84. Dropped back down to 64 for this race tomorrow and given that the horse is still only 6 years old, he should still have something left to give from this lowly mark.
A shot to nothing in this one, if you can get 4 places on exchanges tomorrow or via willhill when they price up, that would be good depending on price, but I did not want to leave this one out from my mentions tomorrow. Been running in 0-75’s and 0-80’s and drops into a 0-65 tomorrow.
Should be competitive.
