Not much look with the afternoon runners on Saturday. Time for action needed the run badly, led early and went first to last very quickly once the action got going. Copper Knight caught wide, had nothing left in the straight. Financier places 5th @ 20/1 so a little place money for that one.

Purchased for 30k in Dec 25 after being unable to chalk up a win after 8 races under Haggas. Moved to James Owen and ran on well towards the end of the race at Wolvs after 8 months off track to grab second that day on stable debut.
Will be fitter for that race and is an interesting runner in this one. 5lb Claimer Mason Patel rode the horse that day and retains the ride. The owners have another one in this race too, but it should not take too much improvement from Suhub to be involved in the finish here.

Won this race last year from a mark of 71.
Gets in tomorrow from a mark of 72. The horse is rated 7lbs higher on the all weather than he is on the flat. Is a little difficult to make too much of case for him as his form on flat is indeed not great, however here at Doncaster he has run three times, and won twice. When running in class 5 races on the flat, he has 9 runs, two wins and 4 placed efforts.
At the price we are getting this one is worth an e/w nibble.

Last win was from a mark of 82 in a class 4 0-85 race at wolvs back in Nov, then went down just a hd in Feb at Newcastle from a mark of 84.
Last 3 races been in class 3 events, not beaten too far in each, but that has brought OR down 4lbs .. gets back into a class 4 tomorrow from a mark of 80.
Has 9 runs in class 4 races with 3 wins and 5 places. So this is now in the correct grade for the horse. Has previously won on gd/sft ground. Should be competitive here at a reasonable price.
