Highest rated that day was 72 and the AVG OR in that race was 69.
That win bumped his mark to 67, then ran over 5f (wrong trip) and then twice in class 4 races. Those runs brought mark back down to a more manageable 64 here tomorrow. Drops back in class into a class 6 here and teams back up with Rowan Scott who has ridden the horse on the last two races he has won.
The soft ground should be fine, but the lack of projected pace will help more, there are a couple that like to go forward, ours is one of them. He generally likes to lead, push for home off a moderate pace and challenge the others to catch him. As long as we dont get pressed early, we may be able to have the race run to our liking in this one.
Price of 10.0 is available and that seems fair for the chance. I was expecting around 13/2.
